ENTRY
The entry form (linked here) should be printed in ink and must be postmarked before Friday, February 28, 2025, or hand delivered to the Club between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on Friday, February 28, 2025.
There is a fee of $35 that must accompany the entry form.
Please make all checks payable to The Woman’s Club of Louisville.
Each artist may submit one original entry, not a copy, and not shown at any previous show at The Woman’s Club of Louisville.
Work must have been completed in the past two years.
The Woman’s Club of Louisville will receive a 20% commission on all sales.
ELIGIBILITY
Artists must be at least 18 years of age in the year 2025, and must reside in an area with a zip code that begins with 400, 401, 402, or 471.
The size of the painting, drawing, print, or collage is limited to three feet by four feet, including frame. Two-dimensional entries should be equipped with hooks or wire ready to hang or exhibit. Sculpture is limited to three feet in length and width and to fifty pounds in weight.
Photography, computer generated art, fiber arts, and jewelry are NOT eligible. The Woman’s Club reserves the right to refuse any entry deemed inappropriate, or otherwise objectionable.

Please deliver entries to The Woman’s Club of Louisville Clubhouse Friday, March 7, 2025, noon until 5:00 p.m. or Saturday, March 8, 2025, 10:00 a.m. until noon.

JUDGE OF AWARDS
David Schuster was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky where he received a solid foundation in visual art at Trinity High School. He continued his studies and began his professional career as an artist at the University of Virginia. He has since become an accomplished artist, working in several media and genres including: portraiture, figurative, landscape, equine, abstract, mixed media, murals and digital design. David owns and operates David Schuster Creations, where he teaches, creates, and shows his artwork. He is also represented by the Kentucky Fine Art Gallery.

ARTISTS’ RECEPTION
Each exhibiting artist and two guests are invited to the exhibition, awards ceremony, and reception on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at The Woman’s Club of Louisville Clubhouse. Doors open at 2:00 p.m.
Tickets for the reception will be provided when the art is delivered.

GALLERY EXHIBITION HOURS
Admission is free and open to the public during gallery hours:
- Wednesday, March 12, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Artist Reception and Awards from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
- Thursday and Friday, March 13 and 14, from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
- Saturday, March 15, from 11:00 a.m. until2:00 p.m.
- Sunday, March 16, from noon until 2:00 p.m.
A photo of your work may be emailed to manager@wclouisville.org to be included in an online Exhibition, if you chose.
REMOVAL OF WORK
Work must be picked up on Monday, March 17, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. or Tuesday, March 18, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

The Woman’s Club of Louisville does not accept responsibility for theft or damage.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ART IS INSURED UNDER YOUR OWN INSURANCE POLICY.
