Lunch Options:

Option 1:  Individual chicken pot pie (served in souffle dishes), mixed green salad

Option 2:  Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, red onions, and garbanzo beans with vinaigrette

Option 3:  Option 2 without meat

Dessert:  Salted caramel apple bars
