Option 1:  Chicken salad with grapes and walnuts, served with a croissant, and a side Caesar

Option 2:  Mediterranean salad with olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, feta, red onions, and garbanzo beans with vinaigrette

Dessert:  Angel food cake with mixed berries and whipped cream
